Alan H. Bjork

Alan Bjork has been involved since 1976 in estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts and the administration of trusts and estates.  In addition to work in the estate planning and probate law area, he has focused on elder law, health care law, and business-related law.  Alan has counseled and been active on a wide range of legal issues for retirement communities and nursing homes, including employment, real estate, non-profit corporate, administrative, and litigation matters. He has handled a range of litigation matters, including matters in the areas of employment law, nursing home matters,and elder law. He also has represented clients in workers’ compensation cases, employment discrimination claims, will contests and trust litigation, and real estate matters.  He has earned an “AV” rating from his peers in Martindale-Hubbell, a professional designation of high legal ability and a very high adherence to the professional standards of conduct and ethics.
